Hector Ferrer was born in Barcelona (Spain) in 1993. He started dancing when he was 11 years old and studied at the Institut del teatre Barcelona (2009-2010), the Centro de Danza Víctor Ullate (2007-2010) en the John Carnko Schule in Stuttgart (2010-2013). He joined the Joven Ballet de Alcobendas in 2009 untill 2013. From 2013 to 2015 he danced with the Ballett Meiningen/Eisenach and season 2015-2016 he danced with Bühnen Halle. With the Stuttgart Ballet he danced o.a. Boléro by Maurice Béjart, Romeo and Juliet by John Cranko and Don Quixote by Maximiliano Guerra. He has also choreographed different pieces, a.o. Abgrund, Aend, and Let me Fall. Hector joined the Royal Ballet of Flanders for the 2016-2017 season onwards.
