Did you ever dream of putting on a magnificent dress or suit and dancing around in a beautiful ballroom? Now’s your chance.

The dance halls will be open for lessons in the dances of bygone eras taught by a dance master, together with your friends. Marches, contradances, quadrilles, a minuet with a book on your head or playing hide and seek under your grandmother’s hoop skirt, there are enough dances to fill an hour and a half's worth of revelry, just like it was in the 19th century. So go find your best costume, and we hope to see you at our children's ball.
