• preview of the new season introduced by the management of Opera Vlaanderen and Ballet Vlaanderen
• free exchange of tickets for another performance of the same production (up to one week before the performance)
• possibility of participating in day trips or opera tours (against payment)
• invitation to activities specially organised for the Friends, which give you a privileged insight into the workings of our house and bring you closer to our artists (ranging from open rehearsals, visits behind the scenes, a family day, etc.)
• newsflashes by e-mail and quarterly newsletter by post
• separate friends' card (only at Opera Gent)
• reduction on certain activities or performances of Opera Vlaanderen and Ballet Vlaanderen (afternoon concerts, PLUS activities, etc.)
• mention of your name in the Friends' newsletter, programme booklets and the season's brochure, if so desired
• offer of opera or ballet tickets abroad
• you can bring one extra person to every activity who is not yet a Friend
• the opportunity to participate in activities of an exclusive nature: meetings with artists, unique backstage events, etc.
• attending all dress rehearsals (if you are already a Friend or have bought tickets for at least 3 performances)
• you have a personal contact for all your questions
• possibility of swapping to another production once per season
• free intermission drink at the performances you attend
• free programme booklet per production
• absolute priority for participation in exclusive opera and ballet tours
• possibility of going on tour abroad with the ballet company (for a fee and provided that tours are planned)
• mediation in securing your places or subscription and access to the best seats
• the possibility of organising production dinners at your home in the presence of the cast, artistic director and other Opera Flanders and Ballet Flanders managers
• the possibility of taking 5 of your friends/business partners behind the scenes of Opera Vlaanderen and Ballet Vlaanderen.
