Aaron Shaw
Aaron Shaw grew up in Australia and moved to Germany in 2011 to complete his training as a dancer. He earned a Master's degree in dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mannheim in 2014. In Germany, Aaron Shaw danced in the companies of the Hessisches Staatsballett, the Staatsballett Karlsruhe and the Pfalztheater-Kaiserslautern. There, he danced in works by Damien Jalet, Richard Siegal, Edward Clug, Cayetano Soto, Marco Goecke and Jiří Kylián. Shaw has been dancing with Opera Ballet Vlaanderen since 2018, where he has appeared in world premiering creations such as Palmos by Andonis Foniadakis, Rusalka by Alan Lucien Øyen, C(h)oeurs 2022 by Alain Platel, and he danced in Noetic in a choreography by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
